Monthly Statements

Both property owners and tenants have access to an online portal. Owners can track the daily activity of their property as well view payment history of tenants. Tenant Screening

We care about placing the right tenant in your property! We have a thorough screening process of prospective tenants that includes:

  • Reviewing credit report
  • Verifying employment and income
  • Interviewing previous two landlords to verify good standing

We believe that taking extra precautions ensures a positive experience for both renters and property owners. It also allows Scott Property Management to develop a strong rapport with tenants from the start.


Inspections

Prior to move in, we conduct a walk-through inspection on the property with the tenant. During this time, we record the condition of the property and conduct the same inspection following the day of move out. This ensures an accurate report of the state of the property upon move out.
Our agents also provide monthly courtesy inspection visits of your property to ensure it remains in good condition.


Maintenance and Repairs

We respond to tenants’ maintenance requests and arrange repairs. Tenants have access to our team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any issues, including lock outs and other emergency situations. We utilize licensed contractors for maintenance and repairs. We also upkeep your property by contracting landscapers to manage your grounds. Additionally, we arrange for snow and garbage removal.
